GET APPROVAL & A QUOTE Send us photos and details of your item to get approval and quote 3. BRING OR SHIP YOUR ITEMS Send us the items for authentication, assessment, and final approval. 2. FILL OUT THE FORM We will email you a copy of the Consignment Guidelines and you may download the Consignment Form here. 4. WE SELL IT FOR YOU We will list your items on our website and keep them for one month. 5. GET PAID All payments will be made in dated or postdated checks two weeks after the item has been confirmed sold. You can search, browse by category, or set filters. *If you know what you are looking for, type your keyword(s) into the search bar located at the top of any page. *To browse by category, simply select an option from the menu at the top of any page. *To narrow your results, you can use the filters located on the left side of any browsing page. They’ll also be able to help recommend others to match your style! How do you authenticate? Bee and Buttafly guarantees that all items sold on our site are 100% authentic. All products accepted are inspected for brand-specific guidelines and are put through a rigorous multi-point inspection to determine authenticity before accepted into our inventory. Please note, brands sold are not partnered with or affiliated with Bee and Buttafly. How do you determine conditions of your items? Our team of conditions experts thoroughly evaluates each item by hand. We do our best to provide a detailed description of each piece including any wear or imperfections. Our new items may be in the original packaging and/or with the original tags attached. New items may show some wear from trying on. *Pre-owned: An item that has been lightly used or worn previously. How do I know my order was received? We will send you an order confirmation email once we receive your cleared payment, and your order is audited then assigned an order number in our system. What if I receive a damaged item? We do our best to describe an item's condition as accurately as possible. If you feel that an item you received is not as described, please reach out to let us know within 3 days of your order’s delivery date. We only accept items that have the original tags, including the white Return Security Tag, attached for a return to be considered. All items must be unworn and unwashed. Please email us at Support@Beeandbuttafly.com, letting us know what about your purchase was not as described. Please include any applicable images so that we can fully evaluate the situation and determine if there is any further action that we can take. What if I receive the wrong item? If you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately at Support@Beeandbuttafly.com .
