Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Once an item has been shipped it is the customers responsibility for tracking the product. If the item gets lost or stolen the responsibility falls on the customer.

In the event of a return it is the clients responsibility to cover the cost of shipping . The exchange process takes between 7 to 10 business days.

*In the event you are concerned with the theft or loss you may purchase additional insurance on selected items to cover the monetary value of the item.

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges will only be allowed a 3 day timeframe once a item Is received .Exchanges depend on the availability of the item. Exchanges can only be made on the exact item in the next size available. Please make sure you choose the correct size.


Clothing and shoes must be returned in the same state it was given. This includes tags intact, no damages, no signs of wear.  All exanges must be requested and returned immediately. There is a 15% restocking fee on all items that need to be exchanged.


You can return clothing and shoes by initiating a return via email within 3 days of an item(s) delivery date. We only accept items that have the original tags, including the white Return Security Tag, attached for a return to be considered. All items must be unworn and unwashed. Please email us at with your order number, or at least your name, and we'll work from there.

**Please note that all accessories, handbags , jewelry, and undergarments  are FINAL SALE.
